General Counsel at Company Considering Leaving Delaware Warns of Delaware “Activist” Judges

The general counsel of Delaware company Archer Aviation is cautioning public companies in America’s First State to rethink whether it is wise for them to stay incorporated in Delaware.

Archer’s Eric Lentell is telling others that Delaware judges “have become kind of activist in nature.”

If that isn’t an indictment against Delaware, Chancery Court Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick and what has been going on in her court, I don’t know what is, folks! Please share your feedback, which is always valued and appreciated.
