America’s First State Loses Again to Nevada: AMC Networks Has Left Delaware, Coastal Network Reports

Dear Friends,

Strike two brought to you by your Coastal Network this week and it’s only Tuesday: AMC Networks has officially left Delaware for Nevada, folks. Yet another company joining the parade of big companies out of Delaware. The march out of America’s First State appears to be worsening.

Yesterday I wrote that MSG Sports Corp. has left. TransPerfect, Tripadvisor and Tesla have left Delaware, and that’s just the Ts! Companies are no longer simply considering leaving, they are leaving!

Please see the note on X from the Leave Delaware account. What do you think, dear readers? Please share your feedback, which is always valued and appreciated.

Respectfully Yours,

JUDSON Bennett–Coastal Network
