Elon Musk Pay Package Ruling and Companies Leaving America’s First State in Focus at Leave Delaware on X
Dear Friends,
Please follow the Leave Delaware account on X, which is doing a marvelous job of keeping track of companies that have left, plan to leave, or may leave America’s First State.
Here’s a recent tweet from them on Elon Musk and the pay package fiasco:
“One Tesla shareholder sued over Elon’s pay package in 2018.
The result? Years of Delaware litigation. $54+ million in legal fees.
While the case dragged on: → Board time consumed by depositions → Executive focus split between growth and legal strategy → Shareholder-approved compensation stuck in limbo
Seven years of distraction during Tesla’s biggest growth period.”
After reading your feedback on Elon Musk’s pay-package ruling in Delaware’s Chancery Court, the story is resonating with so many of you.
Keep your feedback coming in on Musk, his pay package, Tesla and our corrupt Chancery Court. Whether you agree or disagree with me here at Coastal Network, your feedback is always welcome and appreciated.
Respectfully Yours,
