TruGolf Holdings Becomes the 50th Company to Leave or Plan to Leave Delaware Since 2024

Dear Friends,

TruGolf Holdings, valued at $2.5 billion, has filed to become company number 50 to leave Delaware since 2024. The golf simulator company is leaving Delaware for Nevada.

Companies have been leaving Delaware faster over the past few years, and your Coastal Network is keeping track as companies leave or plan to leave Delaware. This follows large companies including Elon Musk’s Tesla and Phil Shawe’s Transperfect. Both have had long legal battles in our corrupt Chancery Court as other companies look at the recent track record of companies leaving and see their own reasons to leave.

Please click on the X link from the Leave Delaware account below for more. Please share your feedback on this, which is welcome and appreciated.

Respectfully Yours,

JUDSON Bennett–Coastal Network
