Feedback on Tesla and Delaware Supreme Court Justice Valihura Urge Delaware Chancery Court to Cut Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick’s Outrageous $176 Million Attorney Fees

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your feedback over the past month, folks. I’ve been laid up much of the time, as I wrote about yesterday. I appreciate your emails and calls of support.

Here’s some feedback from you on my recent Coastal Network story: “Tesla and Delaware Supreme Court Justice Valihura Urge Delaware Chancery Court to Cut Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick’s Outrageous $176 Million Attorney Fees.”

Here are five that capture what many of you think about this Chancery Court corruption:

“Justice Valihura has been a consistent and smart voice on the Chancery Court. It’s those honest voices that save Delaware from the corruption that is rampant on the court.”

-Dave D. in Wilmington

“How can attorney fees this large be happening in Delaware? I expect this in Los Angeles, Chicago or New York, but not Delaware, where I expect integrity to still come out on top.”

-Elizabeth S.

“Is this award good or bad? The awards numbers just keep getting bigger and bigger.”

-Jeremy C. in Lewes

“Wasn’t there just $10 billion awarded in a McDonald’s case? These legal awards and fees are outrageous?”

-Sylvia B.

“I don’t know how anyone can justify $8,200 an hour for anything. I look at these numbers and I am embarrassed for Delaware, Judson.”

-Manny N.

Thank you for your feedback on this and other recent pieces. More to come, folks. Keep it coming, as it’s appreciated, whether you agree with me or not.

Respectfully Yours,
