“Costly Litigation” & “Increasingly Litigious Environment in Delaware” Cited as Chancellor McCormick Drives Companies Away

Dear Friends,

The impact on Delaware’s Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick is felt yet again, folks. The board of company ClearOne cites “the increasingly litigious environment in Delaware” and “less meritorious and costly litigation” as reasons why they’ll leave Delaware for Nevada.

We’re hearing this from company after company here at your Coastal Network. Companies leaving or planning to leave due to an unpredictably litigious environment, thanks to McCormick driving companies away with her corrupt Chancery Court.
