Elon Musk Says He Was Given “No Choice” But to Pay Full Price for Twitter As Chancellor McCormick was “Extremely Biased” Against Him
Dear Friends,
“The lawyers said there was no choice,” is what Elon Musk said as to why he paid full price for Twitter, now known as X, because Delaware’s Chancery Court Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick was “extremely biased” against him, according to the Leave Delaware account on X, explaining that McCormick also twice voided Musk’s compensation package.
The irony here, folks, is that I’ve been saying for years that McCormick is corrupt and biased. That is my opinion. Since there is a larger spotlight on her due to Elon Musk’s case in recent years, now, it seems many, many more people see Delaware’s Chancery Court and McCormick as crooked or corrupt, as Musk gathers a lot of attention.
Musk’s not being treated fairly in Delaware, nor was Philip Shawe and his company TransPerfect and many more companies and company executives that have been treated unfairly. That is why so many smart companies are choosing to leave Delaware.

Respectfully Yours,
