Whether You Think Delaware’s Chancery Court is Corrupt or Not, Changes Are Being Made

Dear Friends,

Some of you write in to tell me that I’m too hard on Delaware’s Chancery Court, as I often point out corruption within its ranks. From Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick to Andre Bouchard to Leo Strine over the past decade. But one thing you can’t argue with is, changes are being made.

You have to ask yourself, why are these changes being made, folks, if nothing was wrong? I stand by my argument. The last 10 years under those three names have put the court in a place where changes had to be made. The “Wheelspin” move, which I’ve written about recently, is the first of more moves to come, as I see it, folks.

While the court stood still, or I would argue, got worse, things Bouchard and McCormick attacked got better. See my Coastal Network column below. Share your feedback on this. It’s always appreciated.

Respectfully Yours,
